Step - 01 | Installing WhatsTool Business Extension

1.1 In WhatsTool Business, Go to "Integration" and click on the "Zoho CRM" App in the available integration apps. You will see "Connect" button to proceed with the Integration.

1.2 You will be navigated to our Extension on the Zoho App Marketplace. Click "Install".

1.3 Once you click on the "Install", a pop-up will open as shown in the below screen.

If the below pop-up opens up, login to your Zoho Account and then click on "Install".

Step - 02 | Configuring the WhatsTool Business Account

2.1 After Clicking on "Install," if you are redirected to the below screenshot, it means the extension was already downloaded.

2.2 If the extension was not downloaded earlier, it will redirect you to the below screenshot confirming the installation of Zoho.

2.3 To add your WhatsTool Business Account to your Zoho Account, click on "Send Message " button as shown in the below screenshot.

Clicking on the "Settings" will redirect you to the window where you have to add the WhatsTool Business Account Id, API Key, and API Secret.
